Emmy Noether

Welcome to EmmyNoether.com

Our website devoted to teaching "Symmetry" in the introductory physics curriculum is currently undergoing renovation.

Our book, "Symmetry and the Beautiful Universe," deals with all of the major topics of modern and classical physics through Symmetry. It provides an excellent biographical chapter of the greatest female mathematician and theoretical physicist who ever lived, Emmy Noether. If you are interested in learning about superstrings, modern cosmology, quarks, and black holes, then you may want to start with this book.

This also provides an ideal introduction to the subject of physics for non-physics majors, or students thinking about a career in science or mathematics.

We plan to supplement the book for educators and students with problem sets and solutions, and additional chapters and explanations of many things that were not used in the book. Feel free to post your suggestions on our guestbook, or send us email.

Symmetry and the Beautiful Universe is available now at amazon.com. Click here.
